I will start sharing videos of 'Teishoku'- teishoku means Japanese stye meal- consist of rice, pickles or otsumami(like an appetizers), miso soup and main dish.
Teishoku is very easy to make once you remember how to make them, so I hope you check my videos.
Grilled Pork with ginger:
Ginger sauce- 4 tablespoon of soy sauce
2 tablespoon of sake
*You can use mirin(it is sweeten sake)- if you can get this.
1 tablespoon of brown sugar
30 grams of grated ginger
- to 500 grams of sliced pork
*you can add more soy sauce if you like
** Soak the meat into the sauce mix for about 30 minutes before frying.
** make sure to stir the meat as you don't want to burn the meat.
**too much frying can harden the meat, so again make sure that the liquid doesn't dry.
