So inspirational. Forgiveness is so powerful. It's a wonderful feeling of freedom. Hate is a poison you are feeding yourself and hoping it will harm the person you hate. May God bless you both for what you are doing to inspire us all to make this world a better place. ❤

I remember I had a patient that was close to death. The person was sleeping in those last days. I went into the room to bathe them as they slept. I ran the soapy wash cloth over their skin and I turned their forearm over to wash the underside of their arm and I will never forget seeing those tattooed numbers on their arm. I just wanted to cry. It all became so real to me. Not just something we read about in history books. I looked at the photos on their night stand of their beautiful children and grandchildren and great grandchildren. I thought how grateful I was for them that they had somehow escaped that horror and went on to live a wonderful life.

Such a profound conversation. Sadly our youngest generations may not have the patience to listen, there is sooo much wisdom in both the history and her "reaction" to such intense trauma. The importance of both question authority and question our negative thoughts. Bravo.

I was a puzzle, unfinished until I met you last week. Thanks for the final piece and now let's get this job done. Seems this is the reason we were born here at this time. Such a relief to know this. I only stumbled upon her at the end of March/early April of this year. The love of my life died on March 3rd, and Dr. Edie has helped so much with my grief over that and also other things in life. Her 3 encounters with Mengele hit me so hard too and each of those 3 encounters fit metaphorically to things in my own life. There's far more to it than that, but it would take too long to type out here. She has a workshop she's putting on this month, and I'll be joining.

Thank you. Happiness is from within. Avoid pork, drugs, and live a moral life. You know right from wrong! Behave!!! I am happy, because my great grandparents educated me from a baby on up, how to deal with kindness and evil. GGM lived to be 106, and GGP lived until I was 15, and they raised me, when my married parents left me on the street, as a baby. I was taught never to beg or accept anything from anyone, but to be a giver to none beggars. It is nice to be nice. Never argue, for a d before anger is danger. Be a giver and not a taker, and you will be happy. Live a moral life, avoid drugs, alcohol, pork and sex outside of a marriage. Be loyal and kind to your spouse. Be over 35 for women and 45 for men before having one baby.Do not marry , if you want to live a single life. NEVER SHACK with anyone! I moved to Queretaro, Mexico on 11-2-2021 at 79, because the USA became too deadly and expensive. We better deal with our deadly problems, and let other countries deal with their problems. GOD is over ALL OF US! A word to the wise is sufficient! Let go and let God always! Vasectomies and tubes tied are better than using murder as birth control. You know better, unless you are just an evil, greedy, and heartless demon! BEHAVE! It is the only way, you will be happy. Treat everyone, the way you want to be treated. Hands are for helping, and not hurting.

MO has drawn à lot from MARCUS AURELIUS naturally and SENECA and EPITECTUS This said , his philosophy is sound But why don t people apply these awesome teachings to their lives Why do we just read about them but we don t follow through or follow up with actions?

Key takeaways: 18:21 "...you know you talk about the feeling, you medicate the feeling, you do everything with feeling except feel the feeling. That's what grief is. You cannot heal what you don't feel." 18:36 "And crying is really healthy, because what comes out of your body, will never make you I'll." 18:43 "In Hungary they tell you [the breast cancer patients], 'Don't breath into your breast.'" 21:07 "See, when a country is experiencing economic problems, somebody will come with lies. They're gonna put a Volkswagen in every garage. They're going to put that chicken in every pot." Damn! This one is very close to home😭 32:06 "And I don't take anything for granted, because I know that, I was chosen to survive, so I can guide others to be survivors, and not victims. I refuse to be a victim. It's not who I am. It's what was done to me." 34:50 "...immaturity [is] when a person assign someone else the responsibility for their feelings." 35:06 "No one makes me angry. But when you're angry, chances are, you have a lot of pain and a lot of fear. And you're not born with fear. We learn to fear." 58:17 "...you learn two things in marriage: - give and take - tolerating differences." 58:29 "...what's your advice to young women? Be emotionally and financially independence, that you don't need somebody." 58:51 "If you can't be happy alone, you will never be happy with another." 59:07 "You got a divorce because, you either had something what you didn't want, or you wanted something what you didn't have." 1:11:39 "...self love is self care. It's not narcissistic." There are so many gems of wisdom in this one interview. I could barely note some of them. Many thanks for episode🙏

Sweet granny, as you advise, I say Thank You for your opinion. You say there is no right or wrong but only perspective. That, Dear, is relativism. I reject that. There ARE absolute truths. They exist independent of our perspective or of our thinking. Quoting Shakespeare?? Who is HE- a literary artist- that I should adopt his opinion? Should I also uphold John Lennon’s analysis of anything? Which of Shakespeare’s characters said right/wrong is only a matter of our thinking; which of his tragics should I throw in with? Consider GRAVITY. There’s an absolute truth for you- it absolutely occurs throughout the universe, and its nature is independent of your thoughts regarding it.
