Slow cooker recipes are my favorites because they are so easy when you have a busy life. This slow cooker recipe is no let down. Try it, you will be pleasantly surprised. Recipe Below:

Ingredients
15 ounce can diced tomatoes
10 ounce can HOT Rotel (mild if you don't like spicy)
23 ounce (680 ml) can tomato sauce
1 tablespoon chili powder
1 tsp cayenne pepper
1 tablespoon ground cumin
2 teaspoons paprika
1 tablespoon brown sugar
1 teaspoon salt
2 large sweet potatoes, peeled and chopped into 1” pieces
1 medium onion, coarsely chopped
2 cloves garlic, minced (optional)
2 x 15 oz cans kidney beans, drained; or 3 cups cooked kidney beans
2 tsp cooking oil
1 cup corn, frozen and thawed
1 lb ground beef sirloin (Ground Beef or Ground Turkey can be used also)
1 cup chicken broth
Instructions
Brown the sirloin or other meat option in a skillet. Deglaze after
Roast the corn in cooking oil until most pieces have a dark/charred corner, Set aside corn and the browned meat
Combine all ingredients in the base of your slow cooker and stir to mix well. Cook on low for 8 hours.
