I second the thought that the shaker table looks alright for sampling but it isnt enough to drop out more than two commodities, might be ok if you re-run all the heavies.

adding a wet tile saw so oversized boards could be sectioned up to fix would seem a good idea and that would give you more flexibility in hammer mill size and through putt and any dust generated by the wet saw could be run through the shaker table as well.

I like the small unit but it looks like the larger Shaker table from other videos does a much better separation job.. did you try running the end product through the machine a couple more times for better separation?

What sort of power consumption does this system see, and how efficient is this system (how much is recovered compared to the total amount of metal)?

7.5 kw for the hammermill, pumps about 1kw total or each so a 40 amp supply will be fine peak on start will be higher but not much

Can this unit process anything else or is it just limited to circuit boards ? I would imagine there is magnetic material on the boards is this something you extract at smelting or could a magnetic device be installed maybe on the chute coming down to the table to pull it out.

Jason, would this system work just as good with fine wire, such as telephone, keyboard, mice, cat 5/6..

It doesn't granulate very well, but if the wire was already chopped in would work well

Make sure to clean off any capacitors off the fiberglass circuit boards or any other electronic board before shred chopping up , their is deadly chemicals in the capacitors and they have to be contained and disposed under the Haz Mat procedures with the epa rules ,all to prevent permanent water or soil contamination that is bio hazard.

How much is that shaker table set up alone I do mostly incenerated ic chips at the moment I would like to get a full set soon but with the set up I have I work 1 whole day to get a finished 10 gram's in hand and know with that small shaker table I could at least 10 time's that amount. So basically I want to purchase one how do we go about arranging that.

please show us a product like this but for running ORE with Gold in it!! something you can put on back of a small trailer and crush ore and run onto a shaker table!!!

This would work good for that too, just change the screen in the hammer mill, there would be no difference in equipment

Really depends, but mother boards run about 3.5 oz/ton
