what red and blue mean as i figured the red mean the focus the blue mean less effect am i right

@@hadjadjamina2060 I think the red is the rest time in between each exercise. She keeps going as to demonstrate the next move. You join back in at red. That makes the most sense to me. Someone can correct me. 😊 (Each move repeated for 30 seconds with a 10 second break in between moves).

I have tried several of your workouts and I have loved them all. Thank you for helping get back into working out almost daily. At 51 the exercises are not strenuous on me. I can do Burpees now. YAY.

@@inmyplace9777 You clearly don't know the definition of racist. A black woman being excited/encouraging to someone that looks like her is an inspirational thing. Being color blind to the struggles of black people and other POC is one of the reasons America is in turmoil now. WE don't have the PRIVILEGE to not see color when we go out into the world. Black people are a marginalized group that's constantly denied access to basic necessities. Constantly told we're less than and don't measure up to the eurocentric standards of beauty. So, yes it's beautiful and uplifting to see a fellow black woman be a successful influencer despite all the weight that comes with being black. You're not black so you wouldn't understand.

So basically I love this. after doing the resistant bands workout 15 mins and the core 15 mins workout 💪.I managed to do 2 sets of these wow this is a killer. I was done ✅.I love your videos and the body map of what muscles you are working out gives me a good indication.

Hi! I just completed 2 Reps of this session after completing Day 4 Lose Belly Fat for the second time. On Tuesday, I was not even able to complete one rep. Today I completed 2 reps. I do not like the Plank Hip Dips. It's brutal but I am motivated! :-)
