I have the weakest knees. Whenever I jump or do squats, or lunges I wake up the next day with stiff knees and ankles and you making such videos which are knee friendly is honestly the best thing that happened to me. I love to work out but almost all the workout videos I watch are not knee friendly even on low impact so thank you.

I can’t thank you enough for this workout 😩🙏🏼 I recently injured my knee. I have tendonitis and I’m trying to still workout with putting a lot of pressure on it. This was the perfect workout I have ever find for that. My body feels amazing and so does my knee so thank you❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️

Thanks very much for including kicks and knees in your workouts. I've been doing Martial Arts for several years, but have not gone back to class in awhile because of the risk of Covid 19. These workouts are exercising the muscles that I would be using during a Martial Arts class.
