Not sure if this applies, but be careful when that vent selector rod is disconnected to pay attention to what setting the vent selector dial was set to, so when you reconnect it, the selections match up - So the foot vent doesn't become your defrost! 😉

Yeah my control unit is all over the place. Blows hot when the AC is on, or blows only when it feels like it. All of which is intermittent. As last night I couldn't get the blower to defog my window, then next morning it's fine.

My AC was acting crazy. It turned out to be the electrical connections inside the blower motor.

Hi, I think I also have an issue with the ac. The problem I have is that when I set the temperature to a minimum it starts to blow cold for a second then warmer air, even with the ac on. That happens in a winter time. During summer it blows cold air but needs to be really hot 25+ degrees Celsius. Is this a thing that Smart car has or the temperature selector or sensor went crazy? Thank you in advance
