Right! You know, I was expecting to find only the middle wing portion when I opened that package; however I was pleasantly surprised to find the whole wing in 3 sections. Yes, that drumlette really had some weight to it. It was a fun meal.

Yes you can! The Hot logic cooks as a temp of 165 degrees, much like the low setting on most slow cookers or multi cookers. You could cook it on the slow cook setting of the instant pot, and shorten the time by increasing the heat from low to medium, if you wish to cook it faster. That would work fine! Thanks, Deborah!
