Santana said when he heard the line "I would change my life to better suit your mood" He knew Rob had to be married to a Latina and wanted to do the duet. They did a great job.

let me just say yes SANTANA YOU KNOW GIS GUITAR AND I HAVE ALWAYS FOLLOWED HIM BUT SERIOUSLY THE ONLY REASON THIS ALBUM WAS WHAT IT WAS IT WAS BECAUSE IF THAT SONG NOT THAT IT WAS NOT A GREAT ALBUM BUT REALLY IF NOT FOR THAT WE WOULD HAVE NOT HEARD OTHER SONGS

CRANK IT UP!.... pack the pipe for this one. I believe while you were still a toddler this song was setting the world and radio on fire. My car and van had it CRANKING often.
