I just got one of these recently & am impressed. The price isn't anything to sneeze at imo but you do get a well thought out quality product. I'll be using mine mostly for automotive tasks.

I have the same issue with charging the last light bar. I thought I was the only one who had that problem. The light works fine though. This was a good review buddy...

Thank you for the kind words! Glad you enjoyed the vid! Talk to your Snap-on guy....Ive had mine serviced for the same issue. They should make good on it as they new these had minor problems when they came out. I have found that if I leave it on the charger long enough I will eventually get that last LED to light/charge.

Great to hear it’s working well, I just bought one, thank you for showing the dimming feature because the paperwork that came with the light didn’t detail how to do it. 👍 $125 Canadian but if it lasts me a few years I’ll be content. Also appreciate the “get to the point” presentation. Some people just blabber on about how great they are etc, but you cut to the chase and give the goods. Thanks for sharing.

That is something you will have to work out with Snap-on. They should make good on it. My dealer knew when these came out they had issues and worked out something with the guys who had purchased one that was starting to have issues. I too have had mine serviced. 🤷‍♂️

Yes, all the LEDs should light displaying the status of charge capacity while charging. My first light developed that issue after filming this video. Take it back to your Snap-on dealer. It is a known issue with that light. He should warranty it out.

I hate this light. Have had one for 3 years and wish I never bought it. Reason 1 it does NOT tilt down past the magnetic bracket, if your under a vehicle on a lift with the light attached to the bottom of the vehicle using the magnet meaning the light is upside down it will not tilt upwards allowing you to see what your doing. Basically you have to hold it and point to the area you want illuminated like the old school trouble light. Told the Snap on dealer that I bought it from and his response was its designed for under hood illumination, well most vehicles manufactured for the past 5 years have Aluminum hoods so once again useless light. Snap on still makes this light but now has an updated version that rotates past the bracket for 360 degrees but cheaped out making the light housing out of plastic instead of aluminum. Do yourself a favor and buy a different style of light.

I had all these same thoughts about this light. Especially how it doesn't rotate up past the bracket. 🤦‍♂️ I have seen their previous plastic design that does, but...yes...plastic. However, it has actually been quite handy in many scenarios and, the thing is built like a tank, and the battery last forever...on low. I do of course have many other lights for all different occasions, as one should. 🤓
