What's up guys! Today's video is speed and agility training for quickness. It's focused on curved sprint speed training, so we're training the ability to be quick while sprinting curvilinearly. Curved sprints are a huge part of sports, especially for the likes of soccer, baseball, basketball, rugby, lacrosse, and football. We elevate this training session to work on plyometrics for speed, plyometrics for agility, and then we introduce more speed and agility skill training. The whole purpose of the session is to be reactive, hence the agility, quick, and efficient with movements. Hope this helps!
