This one is helping with my leg rightness so much! I'm trying to do it a few times a week and after a few weeks, I'm noticing huge improvements in flexibility!

Your stretching exercises are incredible. I was feeling pretty sore from an earlier workout particularly in my legs and hips and this routine helped to loosen up that annoying soreness. Thank you so much for sharing your videos, I appreciate the effort and suggestions you offer.

Beautiful stretch, I really appreciate the time you put into demonstrating good fundamental stretching and incorporating splits so seamlessly. I did this routine after a hour yoga workout and it helped me get into my front split, however the middle split is a work in progress. Thank you for sharing this video hope to see more particularly middle splits.

Hi Sofie! I really love all of the stretching routines you post! I do have a question though, which is how many times a day should I be stretching and for about how long? Should I be doing different types of stretches at different times of day like morning or night? I do have natural flexibility but haven't stretched in a while so I'm stiff and looking to get my splits back. I'm worried about overstretching. Thank you!!

I’m really trying to get more flexible for my skating, I’ve been using your other flexibility video but I’m glad you’ve made this as I mostly want to be able to do the splits for moves when gliding or like the biellmann. My only problem at the minute is that I bruised my right knee skating and can’t do many of the stretches which require the knee on the floor, do u have any tips so I can still do them? Love your skating videos though, hope you continue making them, only been skating a year and appreciate any advice and tips from your videos!⛸

Try doing splits on the wall perhaps? Or even laying down and pulling one leg up and then the other. ❤️❤️

Do you have a video for a beginner please who can not stretch the legs at all and has very stiff muscles with no flexibility? The stretches in this video are pretty complex for a beginner.

Height is usually affected as we age by the deterioration of of the discs in our spine and shrinking of bone mass. Stretching the spine and weight bearing exercises can help to stave that off longer. You’ll probably appear taller if you’re stretching and improving the way you move and stand.

QUESTION: what should I do when i'm sore from stretching the other day but I wanna stretch again but it hurts bc i'm sore??? especially my back hurts after stretching it and it prevents me from stretching again a day after that :/

I have the same problem after stretching my back too much. I usually just leave my back alone the next day and continue the day after, but I always do back twists, always! If it's sore, just take break for a day, one day won't make a big change on your body.
