I lived in Keller Texas for six years, and I recently returned to Ohio. I love Texas. It’s beautiful, and I found the folks there are all transplants. I wish you the best, and hope you love Texas as much as I did. I only came back due to losing my daughter. I couldn’t keep driving the streets of Texas looking for her. I thought I was going nuts. I’m doing better back in Ohio. I’m very happy in Cincinnati. Traffic in Texas is a nightmare, so be careful! It’s a whole new arc!

We have been all over the world with my husband being in the military. He is retired now and we have returned back to Texas where we were both born. There's no place like home! I pray that you are getting settled in well. I really loved your home in Ohio. It looks so beautiful and very cozy. You're going to miss having four seasons. I was born and raised in Pennsylvania. I lived in Texas a few years and loved it. I really love the weather and the people. It's true the saying southern hospitality. I'm moved back to Pennsylvania and sorry I did. I miss Texas a lot. Hopefully some day I'll get back. Here the weather is terrible. It's either raining or snowing. We do have few sunny days but I'd rather have warm and sunshine.

Miss Rachel, chances are you won't see this... but if you do... I wish you and your family safe travels on your new adventure to Texas. I've been here with you on this channel for a while now. You popped up on my feed one day and I first noticed your name. My mother's name was Rachael. She was an amazing cook just like you. So, I watched that first video and BAM - I subscribed to your channel instantly. Watching your videos, I've learned SO MUCH from your tips, tricks and techniques. ----- I was born in Albuquerque and my mother was from the Ohio and Michigan area... she married a military man (my dad) and they moved a lot. When they got stationed in Albuquerque my mom's bestie was a beautiful Latina woman with a kind heart who took my mother under her wing and began to teach her the art of cooking. My mom learned so much from her and passed what she learned onto me and my siblings. The most important was... that when we cook, we use the most important ingredient = love. I'm sorry this was so long... but I wanted you to know how much you are loved... and give you a sincere thank you for all that you do to teach us and share your wonderful creations. It means the world to many of us who no longer have our mother's. BIG HUGS and again, safe journey to you.

I just found you this week and can't stop cooking! You are fabulous . I am a native Texan and it does get HOT! You are a treasure for us that want to cook but need your way of teaching us. All my Aunts who knew how to cook mexican food have passed away My mother is not able to cook anymore is my inspiration to cook for and take her food from her past. You make it simple to learn and I like knowing why the torilla shrinks and etc. I had my 6 year old grand daughter yesterday make corn and flour tortillas. She loved every bit of it. You explain well and I truly Love the way you end your sessions eating, and Really tasting the food and giving us that sparkle in your eyes. Of COURSE your house sold in one day -- you + your Ron's care and love and expertise created a beautiful, beautiful home for a new family to begin to write more of THEIR story. Which side of Texas did you move to? My baby sis (now 61) has lived in Longwood for 10+ yrs, loves it. Rachel -- I lost 5 yrs of my life driving to Las Vegas, everyone goes 80 mph...4 days in a row last summer...lol, I completely understand!! Have a marvelous, wonderful, blessed new life in Texas, Rachel + Ron.

How lucky are the new owners of your home up there as what's being left behind is a spirit of peace, harmony and a kitchen that has been loved upon like nobody's business.
