We don’t know because it wasn’t shown but the defendant did have proof of the one call that was unfounded. Who’s to say she didn’t have other unfounded reports? These judges don’t just hop up there, they spend hours and days with each file.

It's very easy to tell that there is something much deeper going on than the money. It's rarely about that even though that's what people sue each other for.

The goal of CPS is to protect the child. However, the initial protection should be from the family. She was wrong. She should have spoke to her mother- the case was open and closed seven times - this is the problem. If she was concerned: she should have remained. I agree it was messy.. He left- no reason to call. We have to realize to call CPS is to create a problem where you are not always in control of the solution..

Judge Mathis was testy on this case but in all fairness all the double talking from the Plaintiff ie yes I was in the home using the gas and electric and then no I wasn't in the home to use the gas was super annoying. He was annoyed that the Defendants Mom didn't call CPS and instead had her friend call which was messy. Plaintiff knew there were 4 adults in the home and the bills should've been split 4 ways but tried to make the Defendant pay all of the gas and electric which was petty on her part. JM didn't want to entertain their messy behavior.

Confused on the Judges reaction to the plaintiff calling CPS. If the lady let a person around the kids that is not supposed to be she is wrong. Just because the person left after being caught doesn't mean it shouldn't be reported. Sometimes the female will let a male still come around the kids because of what he's doing for her. So she still could be putting the kids in danger!

To call CPS is ridiculous though because that could put the children in jeopardy of being in FOSTER CARE. I’d understand if said man had a history of sexual misconduct involving children but child endangerment could be anything. And mothers can be toxic so God only knows the mothers true intentions of having her best friend call CPS
