This video is the beginning of a very personal journey that I want to share with our amazing community.
Please keep in mind that although well wishes, thoughts, and prayers are sincerely appreciated, I ask that advice is kept to a minimum at this time.
I truly appreciate every one of you, and
I want to assure you that I have slowly started to build a close support network around me to fight in these difficult times.
Please understand that sometimes too much information, although well intended,
can be very overwhelming to process.
Brian will be monitoring the comments and sending on your support to me.
Love,
Jessica

Sending healing thoughts! I went through this same ordeal 30 years ago at the age of 37. (I recall that the ultrasound tech told me that it was a good thing I'd come in- scared the pants off me!) I'd been having a multitude of issues up until then, including infertility, relentless pain and bleeding. I ended up having surgery to remove many fibroids, a large ovarian cyst, and extensive endometriosis. Getting "cleaned out" was a new lease on life for me! Happy ending - we went on to adopt two absolutely amazing children!

Okay, Jess. Here are 3 things to make you smile. 1) You have the love and support of Brian, your family, friends and the entire online community. Can you feel that giant hug you just got? 🤗 2) As a former nurse 👩🏼‍⚕️🙋‍♀️ and a patient on a few occasions, I can guarantee you that hospital food is a fast way to lose weight AND encourage you to get well and get the heck out of there. They have mastered yucky cuisine. 3) just the thought of Peef in a hospital gown has to make you laugh. I know it made me chuckle. You will get through this, sweetie. You’re stronger than you give yourself credit for sometimes. Sending you much love, light and healing energy. Stay strong! ❤️💪🏻

Hi Jessica!! Hang in there! At seventeen I was diagnosed with a huge cyst on my left ovary. It was so big that it surrounded the entire ovary. I had it removed, ovary and all and was left with one ovary. I am happy to say that I was able to get pregnant at 24 with no issues and have 2 healthy grown up daughters. My dr. told me you can get pregnant with half an ovary, so hang tight and think positive thoughts. You’ll get through this.

I've been watching for a couple months after seeing one of your cancer videos. I have to share a similar story ... we were on our way home from the hospital after my husband had been sedated for a colonscopy ... during which the doctor found a large cancerous tumor. As we were on the highway going home, suddenly our transmission gave up the ghost. Luckily, my sister-in-law was home and could come and get my husband while I waited for the wrecker to arrive. And this was after I had the car in TWICE saying that I thought the transmission was acting up. PS. This was over a dozen years ago and my husband went through pretty extreme treatments--but he had some great doctors who would just NOT give up. And thankful he is alive today because of them. Wishing the same for you Jessica! I hope you have a long and happy future.

I’m sorry you’re having to deal with this Jessica. I recently had my own health scare on May 11th of this year, and I had no idea just how bad it was. All I knew was that I was in a serious amount of pain. I ignored it for days because I thought it was something that would resolve itself. And then ended up going to the ER because I felt my heart start beating erratically in my chest, and I was afraid that I was having a heart attack. It was there that I found out that I had a major gallbladder infection that was so bad, my surgeon told me that it would’ve killed me if I hadn’t gone to the ER on the day that I did. I said all of this to say, it’s a great thing that you sought out medical assistance instead of waiting around at home, hoping for it to get better like I did. That’s honestly the first step in getting better. I’ll be praying for you Jessica ❤️.

So sorry you are having to go through this. I had a cyst on my ovary and know some of the physical pain you are enduring - but I am also so happy that you have done such important work on your physical and mental health the last few years. It doesn’t mean it’s not scary or does not cause anxiety - but your decision to work hard on your issues has you in such a stronger place - same for Brian. You can handle whatever it is together. Sometimes in life you just go step by step, one foot in front of the other. And that’s truly all you need to do. Sending you both light.

Hi Jessica and Brian, I came across this video on my recommended videos to watch back in May and your symptoms are like mine. I been having continuous pain on my upper left abdomin. It got worse in the last few weeks, so I finally saw my doctor and I'm going for a CT Scan and Urinalysis. I'm hoping it's nothing like you said in this video. But I know what you're going through. God bless you both.

Hi guys, I wanted to keep you posted... They did the CT and Urinalysis and from what I saw with the initial results it said nothing THANK GOD, but I feel they should've done an ultrasound. I might ask them to see if I can get one in the coming weeks on my other appointment with my Spina Bifida Doctor

Praying for you guys. I had a scare about 8 years ago, very similar in that the initial imaging showed either “normal variance” or a mass on my left heptic duct. My gastroenterologist was useless and did nothing to even attempt to quell my anxiety. So I know what you’ve feeling. My only advice is that you are ok, no matter what happens, you are ok. You have to believe that! I know Brian is a Christian, and I hope you are too. Nobody can promise you God will heal you. But He is with you, and that is why you are ok.

I’m sorry you’re having pain and these issues. I have had several surgeries for cysts, tumors inside of cysts, polyps and endometriosis. Of course it was scary and painful but you will feel so much better once it’s all taken care of and your pain is gone. Thank God you have Brian by your side. You will get through this. ❤️

Prayers for strength! I know Brian will be there to help you through. I had uterine cancer (prayers that is not your path) when I was 30. The emotions are unbelievable! Please talk through things and do hold back with your personal circle of peeps. 💜 on a positive note the procedures that are done laparoscopic now are amazing. I had a full hysterectomy December 10th and did my student teaching January 2nd. I pray that once they remove as little as they need you will be pain free. 🙏🏻💜

Keeping you in our prayers. Trusting in God and eating WFPB miricals can happen. This is what my husband and and I did when we found out he had stage 4 Lymphoma cancer. We prayed a lot, we sent him to Teue North for 6 weeks, which he got outstanding results as it reduced the cancer 40%, and then he went through chemo for 6 months. Oct 5 2021 we were advised he is in full remission. So please do not give up and trust in God!

Hi Barbara your story gives me hope. I had ovarian cyst myself and the doctor had to remove one of my ovary because of that. And also he had told me that I can still conceive and have children in the future I was always nervous about it. I am 4 weeks pregnant and I am keeping my fingers crossed since we had terminate my previous pregnancy last year at 5th month since the baby had physical problems.

Sending love- being in the moment and not really knowing what you’re dealing with yet, can cause anxiety for sure. Deep breathe in and exhale slowly, several times when the anxiety comes on. Don’t think about tomorrow or the time ahead. Focus on the day you’re in, deep breathing for calmness, and finding some sense of peace. Don’t take on all the possibilities and give them space in your head. Try to just calmly focus on the day at hand. It does help. Love & prayers, Jessica. ♥️♥️♥️

I have a similar ultrasound story (for you to laugh at): I was pregnant, they told me to drink an absurd amount of water, then started pressing around my bladder with the wand (which was horrible), then, to be absolutely cruel, they said my bladder was TOO FULL and I needed to 'go pee just a little'. I expressed my doubt at my ability to control how 'little' I could go, to which the tech said 'If you can't stop it, just stand up.' What!? Stand up?? And pee all over the floor!?? It worked out, and I laugh about it now. Stay strong, you got this ❤️
