It’s a generic movie, good design or not the movie is still going to be forgettable one of those movie that you see, doesn’t leave you with any special feeling then you forget about it the next day and two years later is all over tv being replayed every weekend

If this is the redesign, it looks pretty good, all in all! The only issue I have with it is that it looks TOO much like the cartoony Sonic. Since this movie is gonna be live-action, they're wanting to create the illusion with CGI that Sonic is realistic-looking, right? Just like any live-action movie does with any CGI effects. That's why I didn't mind the original approach they took with Sonic. I was worried that if they made him TOO cartoony in appearance, then the illusion would break and it would be too obvious that he's fake and not realistic (which we know from common sense, but you know what I mean). And the way the eyes and gloves look are definitely illusion-breakers to me. Everything else looks really good - the more accurate colors, the shoes (from what I can tell), and ESPECIALLY the fur and quills... I'm glad they're keeping those in, because they really worked with the design. :)
