I totally understand the drug thing, exact same values as I have and it was difficult at times growing up seeing school friends make those decisions. Thanks for speaking about it and making people see it’s also normal not to be peer pressured into these things if you don’t want to do it then don’t.

I am so proud of you! You have come so far in the past 5 years. You & James compliment each other so well, just like Jazz & Nick. Never loose your desire to travel. You may have to change how & where you go, but always travel. We adopted our son when I was 30, and daughter at 37. I also raised my niece from age 19, she was 2. By the time our son started Kindergarten he had been to 11 countries & 24 states. It opens up your mind to learning in so many different ways. Studies have shown that owning a dog or cat can reduce anxiety substantially. I think Pinky has really helped you with your anxiety, as has James. You know in your heart he will protect you. Keep up the great work!!!

Coming off the pill really made me realise how much being on it really affected my mental health. It was like a veil was lifted when I came off it. I'm no where near better mentally but I have noticed a difference. I know it's not the same for everyone but I just wanted to share that with you. Glad your anxiety has been better. Can I just say how glowing you look and I’m so proud of how far you have came! I’ve watched you since you basically started KZfaq and I feel like I can fully relate to you cause you have the same opinions and morals as me. One being drugs. I’m 19 and I’ve never smoked or done any drugs, I drink occasionally but still that is rare and I’m sensible when I do. but I’ve lost and struggled making so many friends due to nearly everyone doing drugs etc. this made me feel really lonely and also ‘lose my purpose of living’ because I felt I was too different that maybe I’m not right for the world, if that makes sense. But it’s so comforting that you feel the same and I hope one day I will make a group of mates that feel the same. Because I don’t go out anymore, just because it makes me anxious or because people don’t invite me because they know I won’t do drugs. I truly wish people see the negatives to it, because it makes people very I’ll or even lose their life. And I would not wish that on anyone.💗💕

I love when you talk about death anxiety, it makes me feel less alone as I don’t hear many people talk about it. I also have a fear of flying and am going to Crete in 3 weeks, I do feel though that my mindset is changing, though I’m nervous I’m able to calm myself more and tell myself it’s going to fine. Maybe it’s an age thing? I’m 25 as well, I did see that death anxiety peaks in your 20’s, so hopefully it gets less and less as you get older!

Hey lovley! I was in the same position as you and I was put onto noriday. That pill in particular made me so depressed and a little bit crazy it felt at times! I then went on to having so many migraines I had to come off of it all together! I actually had the mirena coil put in after that. I had always said I hated the idea of the coil but honestly It has regulated my moods so much! Hope you start to feel better soon!! Ps love your videos!! Xx

Literally the exact same feelings about drugs! Friends who I have had for years now know that they can’t peer pressure me into anything because I’ve never given in before 😂 so now they don’t even bother! I have the exact same anxieties about it and the idea that I could be the unlucky one and so I’ve never gone near them! So if anyone ever feels like you need to give in to peer pressure - you don’t! They will give up eventually😂 it’s more a them thing if they think they need them to enjoy themselves

I have always had the same thing with concerts! I have severe anxiety involved with travel and finding my way places but once I’m in the arena and at my seat it all fades away and I feel like I was never petrified at all

I relate to the flying anxiety so much!! I’ve been away twice over the last 2 months and was able to sleep for the first time ever on one of the flights!!☺️ Feeling optimistic for the 9 hour flight to florida next year!
