Resep Soto Kerbau/ayam khas Kudus

Bumbu halus :
6 siung Bawang Merah
5 siung Bawang Putih
5 butir Kemiri
3 cm Jahe
2 cm Kunyit
1/2 sdt Ketumbar
1/4 sdt Jinten
Haluskan semua bahan tersebut
Rebus Daging Kerbau
Lalu tumis 2 btg Serai
3 lbr Dauns Salam
3 lbr Daun Jeruk Purut
Campurkan dengan bumbu halus
tumis hingga wangi
setelah itu masukan ke dalam rebusa daging kerbau
tambahkan penyedap rasa, garam dan gula secukupnya atau sesuai selera
masak hingga matang
setelah matang sajikan di mangkok dengan nasi putih hangat

Soto Buffalo/Chicken typical of Kudus
Materials needed :
Ground spices :
6 cloves of red onion
5 cloves of garlic
5 grains of candlenut
3 cm Ginger
2 cm Turmeric
1/2 tsp Coriander
1/4 tsp Cumin
Puree all the ingredients
Boiled Buffalo Meat
Then stir-fry 2 stalks of lemongrass
3 leaves of Salam
3 lbs Kaffir lime leaves
Mix with ground spices
saute until fragrant
after that put it in the buffalo meat stew
add flavoring, salt and sugar to taste or according to taste
cook until done
after cooked serve in a bowl with warm white rice
