Thanks m8, I intend to improve the car a little over time and go quicker... just a hard thing at Spa to find a clear lap! I had one go at Eau Rouge / Raidillon where minimum speed on the dash was 191 but I had stayed in 4th on the limiter going in so it wasn't as nice to look at 🤷‍♂️

Suspension is untouched, haven't even aligned it so it's however it rolled out of the factory. The car moves around if you push it a bit too far, I was making an effort to be smooth and keep it straight. Love the flat shift! It's smoother and less abusive to the drivetrain feels like.

Regular Porsche spec 0w40, doesn't need anything more than that. They don't get high oil temps.

Yeah the GT4 has been sold, not really according to plan/schedule but that car was on Russian plates and given the current situation it complicated things and wiser to sell it and get the money into something that's registered in Europe. GT3 was always the eventual goal - it's a more capable car with a better engine hence the premium... loved the GT4 though. Wasn't done with it yet but didn't want to get yet another Cayman. Had 2x 981 and 1x982 already...

@Mark Heyes No, it doesn't seem to have much if any benefit on the Ring or Spa. It doesn't get in the way, the system in the P GT cars is really good. No reason to turn it off just to show off, if you come across an oil spot or whatever it can do things you can't (like brake individual wheels) however on my non-GT based race car (981 GTS with 3.8L engine) I need to track with everything off because the traction control slows you down a lot.

Correct, it seems to be the smoothest way without sending much of an impact through the driveline when shifting quickly. Quite like it. Also somehow I struggle doing it smoothly myself with this clutch, I could do it way better with the GT4 🤔

That’s a (fast) Gt3 Rs time on Cup2… even more incredible as yours is manual! I asked about suspensions because it seemed very low from the outside… I also had the impression your springs were green : ) Lovely looking car on BBS wheels! Makes me miss my old 991.2 Gt3. Unfortunately not the right time to buy one again now…crazy prices at the moment

@@matoncars6713 Maybe was a different one? :D Mine's deffo stock, previous owner (a very well off Italian heir with a classic F1/Le Mans/Group B collection) never tracked it as he had other toys for that. It was on cup2 from 2018 when I picked it up. I know from experience that Porsche sends cars out of the factory with a wide range of possible random alignments lol
