2 жыл бұрынFirst time ever driving Spa, rained most of the day. Still some wet spots here so avoiding the green runoff before Blanchimont which cost some speed through there, and the tires were pretty dead at this stage with big vibrations to boot. A 2:39 lap would be not that hard to do on a fresh set, especially because this wasn't a great lap but it had the least traffic so it was the quickest of the day... :-/

Wat een machine! Ben een gt4 aan het overwegen al amuseer ik me met mijn lotusjes ook,vorige week een 2•48 gedraaid op Spa met een 1800ccke :)

Normaal komende maandag en dinsdag op Spa om het seizoen te openen... handbak van de GT4 vond ik beter dan die van de GT3, op de overbrengingen na dan...

Great lap, how many track days were you getting out of the A052s? I'm thinking of making the switch - been impressed with the Cup2s on my GT4, sure they're not as grippy as the AR1s on my Lotus but they last so well for the grip they deliver.

Depends on the track, the yokos are very soft so they will wear way quicker than a cup2 but with benefits in terms of performance and doubly so if the track is wet. cup2 heat cycle out quickly so even while they have lots of thread they aren't that useful.

@@JCviggen1 thanks 👌 what hot pressures are you aiming for on the 52s? Interesting about the wet, the N1 Cup2s are shockingly bad compared to AR1s in the wet or even compared to the none N spec Cup2s.

What a lap ! No upgrades on the car ? Stock tires ?

No my car has a bit more power from exhaust mods and using yokohama a052 tires (but they were getting pretty worn)

@@Bu1979 They're excellent and doubly so in the wet, however they wear very rapidly indeed. Super soft rubber.

TPMS heb je altijd met de lagere drukken op circuit... CEL is van een slecht contact ergens in 1 van de lambda sondes.

Sure yeah, I wasn't done with that car and it was a lot of fun.. world events just forced my hand early
