After many years as an employee in a sandwich shop and in the catering industry, she managed to open her own Food Truck and it's going great!

Hi my friend, thanks for your interest, in my opinion we do it on the grill, on the spit, on the grill but I basically think that here in the Rome area we don't have a great tradition in this sense. There aren't many places where you see places like yours for example. Perhaps they have more tradition in other parts of Italy such as Tuscany for example. I must also tell you that I am not a great lover of meat, basically there is perhaps a bit of ignorance on my part! However, I had in mind to shoot a video of this type and a few days I was just looking for the right place here in Rome. Thanks for writing

Qui in Italia la marca "De Cecco" è molto famosa ed è una delle migliori in Italia, anche se ha grano non del tutto italiano di solito, per quanto riguarda la marca "Arrivata" non la conosco quindi non saprei dirti se è buona o meno, comunque sono felice che i panini ti siano piaciuti.
