What's up guys! Today's video is speed, agility, and quickness training for soccer. This speed and agility training for soccer players is all about building explosive speed and quickness during change of direction movements. So we start off with some change of direction plyometrics and plyometrics for speed. We then progress it to change of direction drills for elite speed, moving into agility drills where the athlete has to react to cues from an external source. The goal of the training is to be explosive, quick, and agile so you can have elite speed and quickness on the field. We also show some of the strength and power session we hit at the end.
