@@michaelbren3635, not a bad observation however at the top end of their lines are those in the know that will pay not that much more to bypass the inevitable upgrades to make the utv truly capable without folding in half and there is a lot of meat in those potatoes.

I was thinking the same thing, but then I also thought that it'll have more weight added and that might be what it needs.

@@nimrodrdc if you watch the video its pretty clear the way its bouncing its from a over sprung situation. Also its not packing up. Regardless this car will haul ass once its dialed.

Or needs to pop the front more. Either way everyone who tunes shocks knows it’s never a one size fits all. Always changing rates, crossovers, valving, etc depending on what you’re doing.

The bodywork and all other production parts will play a part once it's all added. Proper weapon though

Tells you at high HP levels, beyond stock by a ways, from mass produced products, that machines weren't designed for that. Look at any mid level performance race team. Goal is to finish. Cheap in relation to cost of racing. If the crew and all the hotel, food travel, etc expenses goes home due to $1000-$3000 in parts, have you as a race manager done your job? Forgot about the buggy prep costs, oh and the entry fees, buggy race or testing damage costs or the... I can see that you think how unreliable the belt is if used/designed incorrectly. It's a good system that has been around forever in snowmobiles. Some of those peeps rely on that for their life and not just silly racing.

@@mopardamo I see your point and agree with you on the CVT system being great on snowmobiles. It has its weak points such as high heat in desert racing situations. My biggest question to the manufacturer is that for a rig that'll cost around $30K and weights 1,600 lbs. why not use a better transmission especially in the raced out performance models of the UTV models? Also the BITD racing class is Pro Stock so they're not pushing more than factory HP numbers due to racing rules. And the top teams swap out primary drive, secondary drive, and the belt at every pit stop, which is about every 80-100 miles.

No way anyone is roasting clutches every 80-100 miles. You gotta have the worlds worst setup to have to do that.

They're 30 grand, 32 for the base 4 seater. Base is better than rzr or canam top of the line.

@@TurboGreggZ better how ?can I take this thing through 4 feet of water like my x3 xmr turbo rr? Nope. I doubt it's faster being how heavy it is and mine having a tune. Is the warranty better? Nope it's only half of what canam is .and it's void if you use the speed key.
