I worked at a juicing / smoothie stand a few years ago and I learned that you must consume your juice/smoothie within 1h if you want the benefits from it. The vitamins and minerals start breaking down the second you juice/blend your veggies and fruits. Juicing in advance and consuming later will not get you the benefits. Same goes for smoothies as you break down the fiber.

Krissy your hair looks unreal thanks to Amy Valice!! 😍 I have followed her page (her results are incredible!) and would love to be considered for the giveaway. I have lost a lot of hair over the years and have been to the doctors to check if my hormones are balanced. Thankfully it is and it seems to be down to stress so trying my best to grow it back. The hair extensions would give me the confidence I’ve been lacking over the years since losing so much hair 🙈♥️
