Sam Raimi's Spider-Man trilogy tells the tale of a young Peter Parker gaining spider powers and becoming the hero of New York City. But his girl problems might be tougher to face than any of the actual supervillains. Also, he dances sometimes.

I got so upset when Peter was going into his closet to get his suit to MJ's performance and it cuts to him owning only two shirts and his Spiderman costume. I wish more Spiderman movies would show us Peter struggling financially like that

Ursula could singlehandedly fight Doc Ock alone and save MJ's damsel in distress ass all by herself. She's that one girl who seems to look like she's still in the fun happy happy bunny rainbow land while the fact that she's carrying 9mm gun around inside her hidden back pocket and is basically a hitwoman at this point

evil Peter Parker dancing in a jazz club is iconic purely because of the dramatic zoom in as he whips off his jacket, causing Gwen Stacey's hair to blow in the wind

Something people missed about the dancing down the street scene was that it was supposed to be super awkward. Words from the cast and crew themselves. Peter is still a dork with Venom, he's just trying to act like how he thinks cool people act. It's memed because it's cringe, but... it was always meant to be cringe so...

Unpopular opinion, but I love the idea of Spider-Man's body making its own web fluid. Like, without his webs, he's just a kid with heightened agility and strength, as well as the ability to stick to walls. That makes him a sticky SHIELD agent. But being able to shoot webs from out of your wrists? Individuality at its finest. And honestly really cool.

Yeah, completely agree. Never understood why people hate this concept. It’s awesome! By far the most interesting thing about spiders it’s their naturally(!) produced webs! I’ve even been really surprised when I found out that Peter doesn’t shoot webs from his arms in the other versions, I was like “…so he is… just a sticky lil guy???”

Interestingly enough, that’s actually the exact reason I like it when he invents the web shooters himself-he saw he got bitten by a spider and decided he was going to die on that hill XDD To each their own, I guess!

@@povarensky it's a matter of preference. I grew up reading comics and watching animated shows, where he built web shooters, so I hate organic web fluid. Plus, running out makes more sense with web shooters. Anyway, to each their own

I think people's main attachment to the idea is that it shows off how smart he is for being able to do that. But... you can use other methods to show off how smart he is. The Rami trilogy didn't do that, but still.

I haven't watched or read much Spider-Man stuff, but I always assumed that the webs were part of his powers. Since he got his powers from a spider, it makes sense to have the most spider-like thing about him be part of his natural powers. When I was first introduced to the web shooters I thought they were just to control the webs better

To be honest Spider Man 3 lives rent free in my mind, yeah I know Raimi wasn't fond of it but you know what I still love it. Its one of the most quotable movies to me at least, the angst and strong tension between Peter and Harry. The strange and kinda interesting love triangle that happens in the movie, Sand Man is just trying his best for his daughter and doing everything he can even if it's doing a life of crime. The bitter-sweet ending that happens with Peter's close friend dying to save his life and also in hopes that maybe Peter and Mj can try again or at least move on from what happened. Eddie/Venom is just a living breathing campy cartoon villain, its fun and goofy with some fun spooky horror mixed in. Maybe it could of been better but maybe it was just meant to be. Not to mention the interesting tension between Peter and Eddie, it's something alright. 🤔 Again this movie isn't for everyone but there's something about it to me at least I find it appealing and grew to understand it and love it for what it is.

@@urunderatedpastelcryptid5500 Oh yeah I aware of that. The Venom movies is the reason why I got into it in the first place. However with Eddie and Venom in SM3 It could of been done better in some ways and completely understand not everyone vibes with this version of them, so it's all good.

Emma Stone’s hair isn’t naturally red, it’s blonde. The hair stylist on Superbad dyed it and was the first time she ever had red hair. The rest are funny though. Never really thought about it, since woman in Hollywood change their hair 24/7.

7:09 my dad has an entire folder dedicated to this concept-- characters who have one hair color (usually blonde, sometimes red head) in the media they're originally from being portrayed by an actor or actress with dark hair. sometimes they have the actors dye their hair, but most of the time they don't even bother.

I actually did my finals project for my dance class in high school to the jazz club scene music. The ‘real’ project was to get in a group and make a well choreographed dance with matching music. But no one wanted to be in a group with me, so I just asked my teacher if I could do a solo dance instead. After talking about it to her, she agreed and I got to do my dance. I actually have it on video, and I want to upload it to my channel, but I don’t know if it’ll get copyright struck.

The review about MJ getting a gun is actually so real omg. There actually is an issue of the comics where MJ pulls a gun on Green Goblin and shoots him. Also it's been a while since I've read this one so I might be misremembering, but I'm pretty sure that in the final issue of Ultimate Spider-Man (the one where Peter dies and Miles becomes the new Spider-Man) the Sinister Six roll up on Aunt May's house to kill Peter, and Aunt May just straight up shoots Electro and he dies. 💀
