I wanted to go over how I take care of my Spider plant. I get asked A LOT about how I take care of my Spider Plant and how a lot of you are struggling to keep your Spider plant happy. So I’m hoping this video can help you!
Don’t give up on your Spider Plant babies! They just need certain things in their care to thrive.
These care tips are things I do for my plant. Everyone has their own way of taking care of theirs. Everyone’s home is different. So it’s all about getting to know the plant.

It surprises me that so many people say this is an easy plant. I love them, but! I’ve bought 5 in 8 years and the only one alive is the one I bought 3 days ago! The latest is a Hawaiian spider. I am determined to fine one I can keep alive for a year! Lol. I’m pretty sure if it makes a year, I’m set. Thanks for the great videos. I’m pretty sure I’m an overwaterer. Hahaha

Thanks for the info! I have found great luck with watering only when the leaves look faded. They bounce back so quickly. I wish all plants made their needs so apparent!

Thanks for the great video!! My spider plant was my first plant this past April and I struggled with it for a long time as it browned super quickly, and looking back it was probably overwatering!! My cat also liked to bite at it when I had it on a table but have since moved it up and it seems to be thriving now! Much love 💕
