Sadly some parents have fallen down the hole where they don't care what their kids watch as long as the kid is being quiet and not crying... And parents have allowed kids to have their own credit cards to let them purchase w.e they want (like a cash app card) ik recently on Facebook a parent complained about the horror game poppy playtime and how it's teaching kids to k!ll their parents when it isn't..it's just the KZfaqrs that are doing that on KZfaq kids or w.e it's called...

I can tell you why. User term of agreements and stuff like this. If your kid steals your credit card out of your wallet and opens up 5 annual Xbox live accounts it’s not frowned upon for the company. The user term of agreement was accepted which is a binding contract basically. You are the legal guardian who is responsible for what that kid does whether aware or not. I know it’s messed up but this is what these places do to protect themselves from robbing you basically.

Literally how do these kids have money?? Also I knew from a young age that these things actors/singers/influencers try to promote you aren’t always 100% truthful. But awful for him to try to scam such a young audience 🙁

Someone has to press charges. And even if they do, if they are a normal human, they will be drug through a very public and long litigation that would rack up significant financial debt. That’s most likely why no one has pressed charges. Especially when it comes to any sexual assault or harassment charges, victims of those crimes are not even typically believed within our court system anyways.

There is a huge difference between marketing something like and toy or show to kids than promoting an NFT or crypto, first of all. Toys and shows are products, and those industries are bound by laws that require marketers to be honest about what they sell. If you see a commercial for a toy on tv, that toy likely exists with whatever functionality or quality promised in the advertisement. NFTs scams are just that - scams. That only get away with what they do because the government hasn’t yet caught up with regulation to make scams likes these illegal. Second, what you’re saying *completely* misses the point - scams like this are unethical, and these KZfaqrs are taking advantage of the trust of their fans, regardless of age. Why on earth would you blame the victim for getting scammed instead of holding the scammers responsible? That’s victim blaming 101.
