[Ingredients] 309kcal per person
・Spinach 80g
・Broccoli 80g
・Onion 50g
・Potato 80g
・Consommé granules 1 teaspoon
・Water 200ml
・Milk 60g
・Fresh cream 1 tablespoon
・A little salt and pepper
・Butter 10g
[Topping]
・A few chopped nuts
・Appropriate amount of pink pepper
・A little olive oil
[Preparation]
・Slice the onions.
・Cut the spinach into small pieces.
・Cut the broccoli into small pieces.
・Slice the potatoes and soak them in water.
[How to make]
①Put butter in a pan and fry onions and potatoes. When they become translucent, add spinach and broccoli and fry lightly.
② Add water and consommé granules, bring to a boil, then reduce heat to low, cover, and simmer for about 10 minutes until softened.
*For the topping, take some broccoli and roughly chop it.
③ Blend with a blender until smooth, add milk and fresh cream, warm over low heat, season with salt and pepper, and serve♪
④ Arrange in a bowl and add toppings.
