Correction, it's an amazing airbrush for everyone. The collar is a simple but fantastic design innovation compared to the traditional infinitely adjustable backstop. It only has 5 settings, but that's more than you'll ever need and takes one variable out of the airbrush equation. Pick a stop and adjust pressure and distance. It's also the easiest airbrush to clean I've ever used, takes me maybe half my cleaning time or even less depending on which of the 6 previous airbrush I had to compare with

As someone that has never airbrushed before but I'd like to get into it to expand my skills, I'm positive this will be my first airbrush and will probably be the only one I'll never need.

I wish I could buy dagger strokes with that new airbrush. That technique still eludes me., ordered one and I can' t wait. Wasn't to happy with the infinity and the lag between the trigger pull and paint coming out.

I already have a Badger 105 and a Badger Chrome. I really just would like the quality of H&S and the new features. I really only paint model cars. Would this be appropriate for me???

I just got mine. It does have a stiff trigger. They say it helps the beginner use the brush properly. I'm not sure I agree with their line of thinking. They will have a new trigger that you can buy for it, early next year, that will eliminate the stiff trigger and make it more like the other H&S brushes.

I just had a question so i'm use to using iwata and never seen a single piece air cap and I usually spray with the cap off to access the needle easier to wipe away any tip dry, but with how this is set up how does that work?

All my H&S airbrushes are overengineered, teflon joints and O Rings often spoil after some intensive use and need replacing, cleaning is harder than on most other airbrushes and all in all they look like super beautiful but too fragile and suboptimally durable tools compared to my Iwatas or Badgers. Sad, beacuse they really look good and ergonomic.

Just went to a local shop and tried this Ultra 2024. Don't really like it. It's just a ordinary airbrush with the trigger improved for beginners, and a sleeve to limit the trigger but I don't think it is useful. The price (USD130 here) is more expensive than other ordinary airbrush, just because it is new😅
