Personality is a very overlooked things. I joined the Royal navy I got medical discharged because my personality wasn't suited for the environment. High pressure environment doesn't suit me

Hello, good afternoon. I have a question. Can I get a job from 0 experience if I am a foreigner? For example, in my country I worked in a bank and I have studies but here in the UK I don't have How to validate my studies, could I start a decent job other than washing floors? how old is too old to become a librarian? i know it will take at least 4 to 5 years of study for me to get there and i am 59 years old now? so ..is it too late?
