When dealing with time travel, if you tell someone beforehand what you want them to do, you run the risk of them not doing what you need them to do from second guessing their choices. This isn’t Janeway’s first time at the time travel rodeo, not even her second time at it. With all she’s learned from the Krenim and her older self, she knows what to not do. She brought those kids for a reason and only she knows it and that’s the best way to insure the turnout.

Ronny Cox is 86,i think he sounded fine.Robert Picardo sounded off to me,more robotic than he should have.

‘He hasn’t been there yet”…are we sure, they are messing with time, they wouldn’t just make his room a mess if no one has been in there yet. Kirk cheated, he made Captain quickly because of circumstances and his reactions to those circumstances, he studied but he also took shortcuts because he too thought the rules were stupid and circumvented them whenever he could. If understanding a species was paramount to contact or their worth, we wouldn’t have episodes like Darmok. He’s training because he has skills that set him above actual people who are actual cadets, the understanding him is something I’m sure star fleet is working but the fleet has encountered species the translator just didn’t work on at first and that takes time for linguistics to map an entire language, unless you are a prodigy like Uhura or Hoshi. Janeway wanted these kids and Murf was part of that team, he was coming, who is going to tell her no?

really annoyed that the season havent showed on skyshowtime yet and thats the reason it didnt show up on netflix becouse sky has the right in the nordic countryies insted we have the finale season of discovery would love to see it proberply
