Happy Sunday! Yes l can totally relate with the feeling when living abroad. I lived in Europe for 7 years and loved it overall. Now that l'm in my late forties, l'm circling back to the idea of moving abroad again.

Don't forget to add the word "ka" at the end of phrases, words in Thai. It expresses politeness and goes a long way with Thais. "Chai ka" Love the content, thank you for sharing!

The scripture murals, how about framing them with colored frames for a pop of color. I live in a different city than I grew up in. Most of my friends are through work. When the panorama happened I realize that although sometimes I get lonely, I enjoy my own company. I guess I’m a selective extrovert 😂😂😂

Hi Antoinette, and Mom if you are in the comment section, (hey girl hey!) When you put the scriptures up, in my mind's eye I saw the "word" in black rimmed frames with white mats or some style of raffia matting like your new plant basket, but still black rimmed frames. And then they were tiered like stairs from left to right, going from top to bottom. Hope this helps, stay inspirational as usual.

You could line the inside of the wicker tub with some plastic, poke some holes for water drainage and remove the plant from its current pot. Oh, and the diffuser looks so nice :) Thanks for another lovely video.

I just found your channel two or three weeks ago and love your vibe. I would've loved to have seen your weight loss journey. I lived in Korea and Qatar and loved both experiences. I wouldn't mind moving back. I have eight countries I'm considering moving to, two in Africa, Asia, Europe, and Central America. I need to shave it down to four and then vet those locations before I make a decision.

Antoinette, try and see how your body reacts to no coffee ... even caffeine free coffee has caffeine. Sometimes, our body chemistry changes, and we can no longer drink what we used to drink. It could be the cause of anxiety . Tea has caffeine also. So try to use only flavored small brand caffeine free tea. Those actually have no caffeine .

I too felt lonely while traveling abroad during my 3-year sabbatical but the expats and locals I've met in the cities I was visiting definitely made the experience worth while to the point where I'd do it again, now. Almost two years later.... I wonder could my issue have been related the fact that I rarely traveled domestically growing up and that I've never traveled internationally until a few years prior to my sabbatical. Do people who grew up traveling all over the world from childhood to adulthood that decides to relocate internationally have the same feelings of fear, loneliness, etc? I figured because my experience was not something of the norm in my bubble that it's why I initially struggled but for someone where traveling and living abroad is common to them.... how is their experience.

You can travel to and live in every different country, town, city, state, province etc. but wherever you go……you take YOU with you! Honey, people are really the same everywhere you go and reestablish yourself. Different cultures exist all over the world everywhere. Learn to love and accept YOURSELF. You mentioned the word, "appear" which is the key word here. What people see online from creators is curated content, and my life is no different. While companionship or, as you put it, a "love interest," can be important, it is not always the answer to feelings of loneliness. Loneliness can be experienced regardless of relationship status. I take it you're new to my channel as I showcase my life connecting and surrounding myself with diverse communities here. Either way... welcome.

How are you able to stay there long term? You got a job, digital nomad or what? I wish to move there already instead to have to warit for retirement. But with no passive income or enough money saved you have to find a valid reason to be allowed to stay long term.
