Happy New Year Daddy Jack and Family & Karl & Bea! I'm trying to cut down on red meat, so I did this recipe with pounded Chicken Breast, Keto Chicken Pizzaiola. I followed the exact method you did and used Mozzarella instead of Provolone. I also added pickled cherry peppers. Wow, came out great, fantastic! Thanks so much for this Keto recipe. I used to be on it. lost lots of weight, felt good etc. then i had a noodle and it was all over with. But Jack, you are such an inspiration. I wish nothing but the best for you. im making the chick. parm keto style. cant wait. im alot overweight and up in age, with diabetes and more. Not nothing this way of cooking can benefit. If i dont do something now its just gonna get worse. Dont be shy with the keto recipies. We can do This!!!!!!
