Jack is my go to when I need a sense of relaxation and to calm anxiety. I have a feeling of comfort when I watch his videos. Really wholesome content that makes me feel good. He has helped me through many tough sleepless nights and for that I thank him. RIP Jack thankyou for spreading kindness and hospitality. These videos really work wonders for some people

Daddy Jack's expertise....the certainty and confidence with his ingredients and his tools....his creativity...and then - best of all - his undying generosity and desire to share with the people in his life. Jack is no longer with us in his previous earthly form, but the mark he left on his world will last forever. RIP Daddy Jack.

It's easy to get burned out as the restaurant biz isn't easy, plus it's very competitive as I'm sure you well know. Hey Daddy Jack! Looks awesome. Also noticed the Hobart mixer in the background. My uncle has had italian restaurants since I can remember. Also loves music and, when he's on the dance floor, calls his moves the "Hobart Mixer". ;-) Thought you'd get a kick out of that.

Jack - His place is in Miamisburg, Ohio. "Ron's Pizza". He's had other's before but this one he opened in 1964, still doing a good business. If you ever get down that way I'm sure he'd love to meet you. We used to make family visits when I was a kid. You know how the restaurant business is--quite often there'd be busy nights when he'd end up short staffed for some reason or another--I'd go to the restaurant with he and my Aunt, make pizzas, subs, help make dough in the Hobart. First of all the sandwiches look incredible-that salad mixture is great for garnishing any sandwich. Second of all that pizza oven is about the best looking I have ever seen-nothing like wood fire for cooking pizza and breads. And finally you bring to life good food like few chefs do. When all this virus stuff is over I am making my way to your restaurant.

In that case you are not sicilian, because those sandwich are not sicilian at all. I'm not saying they are not good, just saying that calling them sicilian is a nonsense.
