鹹魚蒸肉餅
材料:
梅香鹹魚1件
免治豬肉300克
綠豆粉絲150克
薑1小舊
處理:
1. 粉絲,清水浸至軟身。
2. 豬肉調味:
a. 紹興酒1茶匙
b. 蠔油1茶匙
c. 生抽半茶匙
d. 老抽2滴
e. 糖1茶匙
f. 生粉半湯匙
撈勻。
3. 薑,去皮,切絲。
4. 粉絲,清水沖洗乾淨,擎乾水,放碟上。
5. 豬肉,放在粉絲上,鋪平。
6. 鹹魚,放在肉餅上,鋪上薑絲。
烹調:
1. 大火煲滾1鑊水。
2. 大火蒸肉餅20分鐘。
3. 完成,可享用。
Steam pork pie with salted fish
Ingredients:
Salted fish 1 pc
Minced pork meat 300g
Mung bean vermicelli 150g
Ginger (small) 1 No.
Preparation:
1. Vermicelli, soak in tap water until it turns soft.
2. Season the pork:
a. Shaoxing wine 1 tsp
b. Oyster sauce 1 tsp
c. Light soya sauce 0.5 tsp
d. Dark soya sauce 2 drops
e. Sugar 1 tsp
f. Tapioca starch 0.5 tbsp
Mix well.
3. Ginger, get it peeled and shredded.
4. Vermicelli, rinse with tap water. Drain. Put on plate.
5. Pork, put on the vermicelli. Flatten it.
6. Salted fish, put on top of the pork. Put ginger on top.
Steps:
1. Heat up a wok of water at high flame.
2. Steam the pork at high flame for 20 minutes.
3. Complete. Serve.
