Hi friends,
Goro goro shuumai is my original recipe, this is a good dish for children who don't like to eat veggies, the veggies are 'hidden' in the meat, please feel free to come again and watched this until you master this recipe, and feel free to share this dish with your family and friends.
Goro goro shumai recipe:
600 grams of minced pork
2-3 tablespoons of potato starch
1/2 onion cut into small pieces
100 grams of takenoko (bamboo shoot) cut into small pieces
dried shiitake- soaked in water then cut into small pieces
2 tablespoons of frozen diced carrots and green peas
1 egg
1 teaspoon of salt and pepper
1 teaspoon of consomme or chicken powder ( *optional)
