Great video! I'll be pulling the trigger on one of these. Got to take one for a test ride and it might just cure what ails ya. You know the worst part about the $99 office chairs? Sometimes they don't "go bad." In fact I'm still using a $99 office depot special that I bought 8 years ago, and it's in perfect condition still. Why is that bad? Well it's an awful chair that has resulted in my needing to spend more time, quality of life, and money fixing back problems resulting from long work and gaming use. It's no longer a $99 chair. It's a $2,500 ticket to geriatric aches and pains and work discomfort. The steelcase v2 is a great chair, and I appreciate your review.

Thanks Kev, I stay away from the the $99 chairs too. I cannot afford them for the reasons I disclosed.

To be honest this sounded more like a advert for Crandall Office more than an update.

I wish we had something like Crandall Office in the UK, over here the Steelcase dealers are only interested in catering to the corporate snobs. The 2nd hand sellers over here just don't match up with the remanufacturing quality of Crandall Office imo.

Steelcase chairs lack a forward tilt mechanism, which is a huge miss imo.

Hello Mike, it's the first time I watched your video. Thank you for such a good review and your sharing :) I'm considering buying that steelcase Leap V2 as well, especially now with the Black Friday sales. Even so, it's still an expensive chair :( So I always cannot make my mind 😅 Do you still find this chair very comfortable after using it a year now?
