I appreciate your video explaining fuel filter replacement. Of equal importance, in my humble opinion is the style you employ while producing the video. 1.Straight to the point, whatever it is you're talking about. 2. Clear and concise. 3. You do not give far too much info. in regards to anything. 4. No unnecessary product/tool endorsements. Thank you Sir. 11 minutes of my day, and now I'm set to do my maintainence! Best Regards D.L.

I watched your video and once amazon got the wrench back in stock I ordered one. changed my filter today and it was simple after watching your very complete how to. i have also thought the Motor Companys change at 100,000 miles was for to long. cars and trucks seem to have shorter intervals and have much larger filters. I have 17 road glide special with 75,603 miles and my filter was filthy also lots of dirt I cleaned out in the filter housing. i live in western Montana and ride in to remote areas and may not always be able to get fuel at anything other than an old run down gas station my next filter change will be at 20,000 miles from now and depending how it looks I will sick with interval or less if needed. when the filter is so inexpensive and I have the tools why not. thank you for a great how to video

Great video and for the most part spot on - Only "watch-out" would be for those of us with the gas cap and gas gauge on our tanks (2013 Road King for me), getting that filter assembly out and then back together on the tank was challenging. No impossible (I got it done), but far more challenging than your video shows. Great video! I'll be changing the fuel filter on my 2021 SG as soon it comes in and yes I brought the same wrench off of Amazon. It has 12,000 miles, with it being 3 yrs old I'm sure it never been changed and I'm sure the filter is pretty brown.

I am not good at mechanical stuff, but this video was terrific... thanks so much! At 24k, my filter was black as I found out today when I closely followed the video and successfully changed it. It saved me hundreds and I learned more about my bike.

Good for thought, looks straight forward to me. I have a TC Fatboy Softail and I think I got this. Got 40k on her and I'm willing to bet that it'll make a big difference.

Great Video with exceptional camera work. Just changed the fuel filter on my 09 SEUC. Very dirty. My friend has a 06 Dyna with 65K we had to change his because the bike would not start. Starving for fuel. Thanks. CAHDBIKER

Greetings from southern Indiana. Great video Steve. I'm doing mine now on a 09 ultra I got with 65k on the clock. I just had to tap those brass inserts for the inner faring windshield. Damn near lost the Shorty windshield in the wind. Lol

Odered the tool - changed out on my 12 TG - shared with all my dresser buddies. Told em to find this vid if they didnt believe me - looks like free beers for a while (tool rental) - even though like u said, u can do it differently - but with the tool, no slips scratches and takes about 15 mins to do. Not the first time u helped educate me with something. U da man.

Steve I have a 2010 streetglide and I was having issues with it randomly bogging down or just shutting off and didn’t really have the time to do the work myself so I bought a fuel pump kit and took it to a local shop, I guess because the original owner had let the bike set for a couple years without being ridden much the strainer and liner had started to deteriorate and when he showed me my filter element you couldn’t even tell there were pleats in the thing, I don’t know how it was running at all but she’s running great now that the fuel pump assembly was changed and I always make it a habit to fuel up a couple miles before I get home not just because of the condensation issue but because I know how aggravating it is to go on a ride with friends and it seems that one of them needs gas ⛽️ in the first 5 miles. Keep up the great videos and if your ever down in eastern NC hit me up

Yes sir Steve ...that is one of the biggest contributors to poor performance. Glad you got it figured out bro! And thank you for being that guy that has fuel at the start of a ride lol...i know the pain...there is always one!
