・Squid: 1 cup ・Potatoes: 2-3 pieces (350g)
・Garlic (minced): 1 piece ・Salt: a little ・Black pepper: a little ・Soy sauce: 1 tablespoon ・Olive oil: 1 tablespoon ・Butter (salted): 10g
Toppings and parsley: Appropriate amount
■Preparation ・Remove the viscera and cartilage (backbone) of the squid, and wash the inside of the body well. Separate the legs from under the eyes and remove the beak at the base of the legs.
・Peel the potatoes and cut them into bite-sized pieces.
■ How to make
1. Cut the body of the squid into 1 cm wide round slices, and cut the stem into bite-sized pieces.
2. Place the potatoes in a heat-resistant bowl and heat in the microwave at 600W for 5 minutes.
3. Heat the olive oil in a frying pan and fry the garlic over low heat.
4. When the aroma stands, add squid and potatoes and fry.
5. Add salt, black pepper, soy sauce, and butter, mix, and serve on a plate. Finished with a topping of parsley.
■Tips/Points ・Because butter loses its flavor when cooked at high temperatures, use olive oil or salad oil when frying ingredients.
