Yes just like cars and anything else people buy them on payments and
if they fail to make their payments the shed rightfully belongs to the finance company, the buyer signs a contract giving the finance company permission to retrieve their asset if they don't make their payments.
I understand hard times happen to people and that sucks but it all comes down to responsibly,
If you can't pay you can always voluntarily return the shed which many people do.

Dude! Thank you for being such an amazing person! I'm father to a brain cancer survivor (diag'd @ 12yr old) who saw WAY more life than she should have at her age. The generosity of people I've never even met COMPLETELY changed my outlook on humanity. I pray that your selflessness and our gifts to this family will do the same thing for someone in this girl's life. God bless you brother. - from the buckeye state!

As a heart patient this got me! I had my 3rd valve replacement in August , 3 stents in February 2020 ( right before everything went to hell and shut down) I’m sharing the crap out of this and donation is in. If you talk to the family tell them lots of prayers from Washington State!

I have a great-great niece who was born with hypoplastic left heart syndrome, she is also 10 years old now. She does pretty well, goes to school when she feels like it but she has a little friend who also has it and does not get along with it as well as our little one. Agree but unfortunately if the company did file they would also "have" to charge the people that have it for possession of stolen property. The original scum got away with it, and that is unfortunate.

She's up to 15,000! I'm a grown man, a tough hard man, and both of my eyes are full of tears right now. This is what community is about. That poor little girl never asked for that problem. She did t make that problem by her own doing. And people out there complain about the smallest most unimportant things like they have it so bad. I pray for that girl and her family. She didn't create her problem and it is an actual problem. Shame on those people who cry about how bad they have it. Great job man. You have a big heart.

Folks if you buy a shed from individual be sure they have paid off certificate when i paid mine off they sent me a certificate with id number length and width at it was stamped paid in full .

I came across Willow's story through "Shed-Happens" And that's Ironic because if the shed wasn't on the repo list and that neighbor did not get the Plate # we wouldn't have heard about this story now that's "Shed Happens!"
