This time we were privileged to experience some absolutely stunning conditions for our hike in the Lake District. Setting out from Grasmere we took on two more Wainwrights, Stone Arthur and Great Rigg.
Despite it being -10 overnight and very snowy, we braved the roads and made our way North to the Lake District. The scenery we stunning and we had an incredible walk up the fells.
Not only did it look amazing but the air was so clear. It's the furthest I've ever been able to see in the hills, we could even make out the mountains of Snowdonia, which I have never seen from the Lakes before. All in all it was a brilliant day out and one we will always remember.
