this video was just what I needed, just now I've realized I had a trigger. The moment I started my healing journey, once in a blue moon I'd compare my happiness and progress to others, recently it being my cousin.

the fact that I have been comparing myself to others so much lately and talking about it to other people and now this video shows up, it's amazing.

I never use to compare myself, but started in my 20s, when you ask the Q why (bullying, or parents, etc) you basically hit the nail on the head. For me it was always being the last pick girl in class, but being a kid, and pre-adult thinking innocence I didn’t think much of it. Never been asked out buy guys, ever, and treated either like a ghost, or trash. Had girls tell me I’m ugly in High School, 🤷‍♀️ Sometimes I wonder if it’s my nose, because it’s aquiline nose (bump), it’s not flattering. It suuuuucks, and it’s sad because I never use to compare myself and when I do it’s always not good enough. So glad for this vid.

The timing of this video is divine. I've been feeling so insecure and constantly kept comparing myself to my bestfriend who is just so beautiful. I felt awful looking at myself and I felt like I wasn't good enough.
