Bulgur is a whole grain made from cracked wheat. It's packed with vitamins, minerals, and fiber. Yummy chef 👨‍🍳 also the quinoa I cook on Sundays with peas just as how you would cook 🍳 your rice and peas the bulga it maadd a road 😋

I ave been eating bulga for the past 6 years just bulga no rice and bulga ave less calories and very good in fiber but it take less water u just ave to steam bulga

No, bulgur is not gluten-free. Bulgur is a cereal made from wheat, so if you have celiac disease, non-celiac gluten sensitivity or a wheat allergy, do not eat bulgur.
