What app r u using to measure the height of the jumps? What is the device being used to measure the isometric force against the wall? Are the platforms used under the deadlift bar hard or soft?

Lifting fast does not induce power, Strength training coupled with skill training is what develops power.

Power is develop by doing things at a high and fast rate. Many basketball players are very powerful because they do things at a high and fast rate

@@vince11harris that is skill. Skill is highly specific. But throwing things or jumping is a skill in itself and doesn't transfer to other things. Power is just a mix of strength and skill.

This is the epitome of science getting in the way of actual time tested strength training that produces actual strength and power. The gains in strength and power from these "scientific workouts" is neglegable at best. Want power? Train like olympic lifters. Want strength? Train like powerlifters and actual STRONG men. This is some weak ass nerd shit.
