0:28 What you can try for a sore throat
2:30 Acupressure technique demonstration
In this video, we’re going to talk about strep throat and natural alternatives you can do.
Most of the time, strep throat is viral, which means antibiotics are not going to work. 20% of the time the strep throat is bacterial. The most likely cause of this condition is a vitamin D deficiency that makes you susceptible to both bacterial and viral infections.
During months where you’re in the sun less (from Dec. - Apr.) start taking vitamin D on a regular basis.
Natural sore throat remedies:
• Vitamin D
• Vitamin C in a higher dose (non-GMO)
• Apple cider vinegar (dilute it with water)
• Fasting (autophagy)
• Acupressure technique
This powerful acupressure technique that I’m going to show you in this video will help decrease the intensity of the pain in your throat. You can have someone else do this technique on you, or you can use the massage device I created. You can use this device without having to rely on anyone for help.

Currently have pharyngitis (cobblestone throat). Diagnosed yesterday. This has been a rough one for me, and the back of my throat is super irritated with a lot of inflammation. I was already gargling and drinking diluted acv (my throat feels immediately better after using acv. I believe it to be one of the most powerful natural sources of healing we have available to us.) But your accupressure technique helps to take away the pain for when it gets rough. Thank you so so much Dr. Berg. You have helped me so much over the years. I know you'll probably never see this comment but you truly are one of my favorite people for what you do.

3am at night and for a week i had sore throat,I couldn't bear this pain. Thanks a million doctor, initially thought could there even be a correlation for sore throat with this acupressure, but surprisingly it did truly help within less than a minute. From having all home remedies and antibiotics nothing seemed to help..it was only getting worse. But this worked to a huge extent, can't thank you enough...will continue doing.

Good informative vdo Dr Berg. The accupressure point for lymph glands is on the centre of the wrist closer to the palm. Pressing these points on both the wrists helps a lot. infact these points will pain, when there is infection. This also can serve as early detection of cancer, incase there is no infection in the body, person is aware of.

REMEDY ; Put a cup of brown linseed with a cup of boiling water and a knob of butter into a liquidiser and whisk till smooth and well crushed. If too stiff or dry add a splash of boiling water and whiz again. When cooled push through a fine sieve and using a syringe draw a small amount into it and squeeze it into ear. You should feel it against the inner ear drum. Leave fir 8 hours. In the morning using a clean syringe press socas to empty and place it into ear and draw it back. The linseed should be taken out. Don't do a second time. Repeat each day for 8 hrs for 5 days. The ear drum should have been restored to its former mobility. Past inflammatory incidences would have caused a build up of scar tissue and the linseed melts it away. Good Luck.

I had strep at the end of May into June and I was sick for 3 weeks with low grade fever, swollen lymph nodes in the back of my neck and an extreme headache & lethargy. Then the whole top of my mouth got super sore followed by canker sores. Now I have a fever blister. I’ve been under severe stress for a long time but recently worse. This is great info for next time, hopefully not too soon or ever! Unfortunately I can’t do the neck stimulation because c5/6 are collapsed with spinal cord compression and I’m inoperable.😕Edited to add I’ve been taking lysine for a few days and the blister is healing up. Really weird thing is that I’ve only had a few in my life always lower lip, starting with a tingling. This literally was a blister ON my lip at the left corner. No tingling. I had just finished an amoxicillin course. All I can figure is my immunity is down.

This video is exciting and validating for me, personally. I got much ridicule for not going to a doctor to get antibiotics for myself and my daughter every time we got strep throat, which was about 3-4 times per year. I didn’t want to wipe out our gut biome and make poor immune issues worse. My treatment included Traditional Medicinals Lemon Echinacea Throat Coat 3x per day minimum. To control cough, take 1:1 ACV and Raw Honey. Stops the cough within 3-5 minutes, every time! I still keep a small bottle of this cough remedy on my bedside table for whenever I wake up with a cough (which is rare now). You don’t have to measure it. Just take a swig. The coughing stops and you go right back to sleep. 👍🏼 And the recovery period is lessened to 2-3 days from onset vs 1-2 weeks whenever I did cave in and go to the doctor for antibiotics.

Thank you for your post. I haven’t had strep throat since 1995, and yesterday I think I have it. I’m doing all the things you mentioned. The last time I took antibiotics I felt like I was hit by a train. I was miserable. I’m going to give this a few days before running to the doctor.

@@crh251Did you succeed without antibiotics?
@crh251
@crh251 Жыл бұрын
@@andreas956, I ended up going to the doctor to have a culture test done just to make sure what I was dealing with. It was not strep so it was not bacterial. I just had a sore throat, and it was viral. I continued taking the drops of oregano oil in water, and I swear it helped me get better faster. You just have to be careful if it truly is strep because it can lead to a lot of health issues. I did not want to go on antibiotics so that’s why I was careful and wanted to know for sure. White spots are a sign of strep, and I had one white spot on my tonsil, but according to the test, fortunately it was not strep. When I started using the oregano oil, the spot had cleared up a lot by the next day when I went in to see the doctor.

@@crh251 My doctor just assumed I had step throat (since I have it once every 1-2 years) and gave me antibiotics. I wanted to take the test, to know for sure. How many Oregano pills or drops do you take? And how many times per day?
@crh251
@crh251 Жыл бұрын
@@andreas956, I never get it. Like I said earlier, the one time I got it was in 1995. I remember because it was right before I met my husband. It sounds like you have a very weak immune system, and you’re prone to that particular bacteria. I am never sick. I work on my health daily through diet and also exercise. See what you can do to keep healthy. I’m so sorry you get strep that often. Sleep is important too. Be sure to get enough of that too if you can. As far as the oregano goes, I took four drops in a little water about three times a day. I did this for a few days and also slept well. I hope this helps.

I got it once in the month of Jan. I wouldn't wish it on my worst enemy I got Penicilian and within a couple hours it started going away. I'm glad to know an alternative. I would have done this.
