If you do a lot of sitting, standing or traveling and are looking for a method of exercise that is lightweight, portable and inexpensive, using a resistance band for stretching is an excellent option. Studies show that a significant benefit is achieved by resisting the pull on the return phase of the exercise. You will be able to benefit from the stretching with or without a resistance band.

Love this video for reference to clients. I learned an extra stretch for the flexors on the forearms. When you pull the palm down, after isolate the thumb and pull it back too for all that mouse clicking! Awesome detailed video.

Came to this video to learn band stretches... i learned one! Thanks I GUESS¿? I think video would be GREAT for an ELDERLY PERSON FOR SURE! SO THANKS FOR THAT!☆♡

Feedback: This video made me wanna scream "GET TO THE POINT" like 50000000x times. Maybe do just the movements in another video. I see some people are more passive than me.
