Stripping RB25DET Block For Fully Forged Rebuild

Stripping apart my rb25det so we can make 500hp at the wheels with new turbo and new fully forged rebuild kit to keep the car with good power and reliable too! New turbo exhaust screamer pipe external gate this car gonna sound and drive like a wild beast!

The coolant would’ve just been residual from when you took the head off

nope haha! it was everywhere even on the injectors. a lot of coolant kept vanishing from radiator and no leaks around hoses etc all went into the sump and started blowing a lot smoke it would of been blown for for a little while cause it got worse over time I noticed

Agree with all the comments on here, great work and keep it up! Also glad you went through the block fully, as you’ve discovered hidden gremlins and are now fixing all of it. Mad props on balancing life while wrenching on cars. My car is taking WAY too long due to work, wife, kids, friends....list goes on.

Make sure your H beams have ARP 2000 series rod bolts the standard ARP 8740's are fine but 2000 series are the shiz. Good work btw keep it up. :)

poor previous owners not looking after motor. did my best looking after this motor gave it hell for a long time. i have a feeling it was on its way out cause after tune did notice coolant slowly going away but not as bad til the day i found out. all clean and service your cars
