No breaks, no mods, first half was rough but doable. Doable ONLY because I've been doing your practices for a year. The other night at the climb gym I showed someone a downdog to dolphin to chata to plank to chata to dolphin to downdog. They grunted one in, I said ok 5 more and they couldn't help but collapse laughing, like you gotta be kidding (and this person is a pretty solid climber. In their defense we had just climbed for 90 minutes)... I have a feeling they will soon be a new subscriber for you lol.

First time Ive ever fully escaped in shavasana…I almost screamed when you broke the silence. So many parts of this remind me that despite being a college athlete I’m still just at the beginning of my journey with a long way to go. The reward from leaving the mat after a session like this is priceless. Thanks!

@@karthikks9976 Maybe find a mix that works for you. I do it like this: I tried out many and now I’m focusing on my favorite workouts while trying out new one’s every once in a while.

I regularly complete the "25 Minute Yoga for Strength", so I thought that I was ready for this. Everything was great until the boat rocking haha If you're looking to be challenged, you've come to the right video!

Honestly, I don't know what I did, I stumbled, I held the pose, I stumbled again but I didn't give up. I'm so proud of myself, by the time it ended I was soaked in sweat, followed it up with a yin practice.............. and a half an hour shavasana. So totally worth it.

I’ve done a mixture of strength conditioning, calisthenics, and bar work throughout the previous few years. About a year young in yoga, and humbly I can say todays practice was the most rewarding in terms of challenges.🙏🏽

Wow, this was really really strong. I wasn't able to do all the poses, I sometimes had to take a break or set the knees down, but I tried all my best and as Flo said at the end of the class, I'm proud of myself cause I showed up and I worked to improve myself. Loved this one a good burst of flowy flavour, had to take a few 5-10 sec breaks especially before those 20 boat rocks, respect your strength

am just back into workouts the last two years after almost a decade and this has become my favorite workout by far. so rich and complete. sometimes I combine it with some kicks before the cool down

a strong session indeed! Boat to low-boat part was perhaps the most challenging part for me. The core started to give up on me in no time.. Can't wait to try the practice again though! Peace out

Thank you for posting a new video of this type! I would love if you had a longer one (40min?) but included more leg works. I feel unbalanced at the end of the practice! My upper body is on fire and my lower body still needs something more! Thank you though for providing these videos! I ve been practicing with you for a year and you're the only chanel that I found with this type of yoga.

It takes practice then you can lift both together. Maybe see a chiropractor for one session to straighten out any imbalances. It worked tremendously for me. I can now dolphin to chagaranda with good symetery.

I paused the video a few times throughout to give my muscles a break, so I'm probably not having the designed effects of the continuous practice, but I feel proud of myself for trying. Now I can try again. As always, thank you for the door.

Awesome!!! Loved this level, just the right amount of challenge! I normally like weight lifting but this type of strength training really puts me in a different, deeper, more aware and grounded type of energy. Seems to be actually more satisfying to me! Namasté! ✨
