CREATE external resistance and HANG on the handle. Use this drill to add some external load to the handle to help you maximize every inch of the drive. If we are not connected at the front end we are missing valuable length on every stroke. This drill is designed to magnify that feeling through the drive.
Start with a light resistance, and consciously let the band pull your arms into full extension. Then stay connected and push the legs.
