I just wanted to say thank you!! I started watching these videos about a years ago, I can cook, but very basic plain type of cooking, what I do is find a recipe video from you, watch it multiple times during the week then cook up the meal on a saturday or sunday, I do it a few times to get comfortable then it becomes apart of the weekly line up, thanks again, you have transformed my kitchen abilities.

I’m learning how to cook for my Italian American husband. This channel is perfecto! I’m making this dish now and oh wow! My kitchen smells so good! I subbed flour for rice flour and bread crumbs for gluten free bread crumbs since I have food allergies, but this is one dish I will make again and again! You are my favorite chef! You remind me of my husband’s grandpa. It feels so much like familia watching your channel. Gracias from Texas!

I make this dish frequently, one of my favorites, a little different (Sage, may use sausage instead of ham sometimes) and a plate of macaroni with garlic, black pepper and lemon/oil..
